Choosing the Salzkammergut in Upper Austria as the region for your wedding is no coincidence. The bridal couple wanted to incorporate their passion for the Austrian mountains and lakes. An easy task due to the choice of location. At the same time, however, they also wanted to incorporate their different cultural backgrounds into the wedding.
The bridal couple chose rosé and ivory tones as colors – based on Japanese cherry blossoms. Not without reason, because the colors should be related to the motto of your wedding.

Japan meets Classic in the Alps
Lisa and Kenta chose “Japan meets Classic in the Alps” as the motto for their wedding. Not without reason, because Kenta comes from Japan and both find the Salzkammergut simply beautiful. Even before the wedding, they were there on vacation and wanted to spend the most beautiful day of their lives there individually according to their taste.
In line with the motto, the two incorporated various Japanese details at their wedding in the Villa Toscana in Upper Austria. For example, the guests received Japanese fans as gifts. At the same time, there were also many decorative details that show the groom’s Japanese origins. This includes the origami curtain as a backdrop for the wedding cake, or the Japanese characters on the tables.
The civil wedding at Schloss Ort in Gmunden was one of the most beautiful moments on the wedding day. The wedding ceremony itself was bilingual due to the international guests and was accompanied by live classical music. After the wedding ceremony, the bridal couple was greeted by many soap bubbles.
