How much does a DJ cost for the wedding?

The cost of a DJ at the wedding varies widely. They fluctuate between 400 and 1,200 euros with the various providers. It always depends on how long the DJ should be on site during the wedding. It also plays a role whether the DJ should bring the technology for sound and light himself.

While some DJs take a flat rate for the entire wedding until the open end, other DJs want to be paid by the hour. Regardless of which variant you choose, plan an amount between 750 euros and 1,200 euros to be on the safe side. The packages of the professional wedding DJs from KRUU, for example, start at exactly 750 euros in the smallest package.

Is it worth the money for a wedding DJ?

Yes, in any case! In our opinion, music is definitely part of a celebration. But a wedding DJ is not only worthwhile because of the pure music. A professional DJ also brings the appropriate technology for your wedding. This not only includes the technology for the sound, but also for the light and everything around it. For example, a microphone should definitely not be missing. This is very helpful for speeches, but also for various games – such as the question match game.

Important notes on the subject of a DJ for the wedding

In our blog we have already described how you can find a DJ for the wedding. In this post we have also described what you should definitely pay attention to in your search. This includes, for example, signing a contract with the DJ as a service provider.

If you book a DJ for the wedding, be sure to pay attention to any additional costs. Sometimes the journey is only included in a certain radius. Also make sure that the necessary technology for sound and light are included in the price. At least so that everything is enough for the size of the room. Some special extras, such as a fog machine, laser or the like, may then cost a little extra.

If you are still looking for a professional DJ for the wedding, then be sure to have a look at our article about KRUU’s wedding DJs.
