Prepare mie noodles according to the package. Then put it off cold so that they don’t become mushy.

Cut the peppers into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips, cut spring onions into rings.

Blanch the sugar pod in a small saucepan with boiling water for 2 minutes, then chill cold.
