My asparagus-earthberry salad is quick and easy to make and bring spring on your plate.

  • Remove the wooden ends from asparagus. Then cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces.

    250 g of green asparagus

  • Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Wash the arugula, crumble feta.

    200 g of strawberries, 60 g Rucola, 40 g feta

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus for about 8 minutes. The asparagus is still nice and crisp. If you like him softer, just fry it a little longer.

    1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Mix a dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

    3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Balsamico Bianco, 1 TL honey, Salt and pepper

  • Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix.

Prepare ingredients

For this salad favorite, first cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces, then cut the strawberries into small pieces, wash the arugula and chop the feta. Most of the work is already done.

Fry asparagus

Now fry the green asparagus in a pan so that it still has a bit. I always fry him for about 8 minutes. So it tastes best.

Mix the dressing
