Braised cabbage (sambia)

Braied cabbage in the sambian way Brings an extra portion of spices and color to the table with just a few ingredients. The gently braised sewing, combined with potatoes, tomatoes, onions and a fine sharpness through pepperoni, is hearty, filling and wonderfully aromatic. The curry powder gives the court an exotic note without losing the familiar character of the stew. If you like, you can refine the dish with some minced meat – but it also tastes really good.
Whether as a side dish or the main course, this cabbage stew warms up, fills you up and brings a little African flair into your home kitchen!
