Ricotta Cheesecake – creamy cheesecake with a biscuit floor

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 1000 G Ricotta
  • 100 G cream
  • 200 G Sugar
  • 50 G Cornstarch
  • 6 Egg Size M
  • 1 Organic lemon abrupt and juice
  • 1 Vanilla rod, scratched out the mark or 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract

For the biscuit floor:

  • 200 G Cookies of your choice (butter cookies, cantuccini) finely crushed
  • 100 G melted butter

To serve:

  • Powdered sugar and fresh berries

For the cheesecake mass:

  • Stir the ricotta with cream, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl thoroughly.

  • Add the eggs one by one to the mass and stir in well.

  • Add and stir in the lemon abrasion and juice as well as vanilla extract.
