Carrot salad of cooked carrots

 

A salad that surprises: boiled carrots,, Onion and one spicy vinegar-cinnamon marinade – more is not needed for this simple but refined carrot salad From the GDR.   • 500 g carrots
  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Cinnamon
  • Tip: 1 pinch of sugar

And so it is done …

Cleaning the carrots and cooking as a whole (not too soft, something “bite” you still have to have). Cut the cooked and still hot carrots with fret knives into slices, then peel, cut onions and add. With salt, vinegar and plenty of cinnamon. This salad is not put in the fridge.
