We need these ingredients …
- 1 cauliflower
- Salt
- Milk
- 80 g butter or fine margarine
- 100 g grated cheese

And so it is done …
- Couple the cauliflower as a whole or into florets in a boiling salt water and cook some milk.
- Place the whipped in a greased baking dish and drizzle with half of the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over it and bake for about 15 minutes in the hot herrble.
- Drizzle the slightly tanned butter rest before applying the dish.
