A plate full of memories – cooking toilet with potatoes and fresh raw food was an integral part of the weekly kitchen in many households. Gently cook the delicate minced meatlopes in broth and are then served with a light, slightly sour sauce and fine capers. There are also simple potatoes – bite -proof, but soft enough to absorb the sauce. And so that it does not become too heavy, a fresh carrot apple salad with sultanine and lemon juice ensures the right balance. A real family court in which everyone is fed up – and that still tastes good the next day.
Ingredients
- 1 roll
- 150 ml milk
- 1 kg potatoes
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Grained broth
- 400 grams of mixed minced meat
- 1 egg
- Capture

- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 1 -2 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
Fresh food
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 apples, grated
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sultanine
- 4 tablespoons of yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper, ground
- Sugar
preparation
- Soak the rolls in warm milk.
- Wash and peel the potatoes and attach it with 200 ml of boiling salt water and cook for 12 minutes.
- Then switch off the heat and leave for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare cooking toilet and fresh food. Add an onion in hot oil. Apply 1 l grained broth.
- Squeeze down the rolls and process with onion, hack, egg, capers and spices into a dough.
- Then shape the Klopse and let it go in the hot broth. Prepare fresh food and season to taste.
- Melt the margarine, sweat the flour in it and deglaze with broth, bring to the boil.
- Whisk the egg in the condensed milk and add.
- A few more capers and chopped parsley and no longer cook.
- Put the sauce over the Klopse and serve with boiled potatoes and fresh food.
