Here we combine ripeness avocado with Cream cheese To a thick sauce – it takes less than 5 minutes!

Then only cook the pasta and serve with tomatoes – that’s it!

Ingredients

For the avocado pasta you only need a few simple ingredients:

 
  • Avocado: You need 2 large, mature avocados. Alternatively, 3 smaller specimens. Tip: Mature avocados you can see from the fact that the stem can be easily loosened.
  • Cream cheese: Natural cheese makes the sauce wonderfully creamy and still delivers a little protein. As a special variant, you can also use fresh herbal cheese.
  • Garlic: Gives the sauce a great intense taste. You can of course also leave out if you don’t like the garlic taste so much.
  • Lemon: Use about 1 tablespoon of juice from a freshly squeezed lemon.
  • Noodles: Noodles fit the avocados sauce of your choice. Spaghetti or linguins fit particularly well here, but of course every other variety.
  • Tomato: The avocado noodles are then served with halved tomatoes. Choose a small fixed variety, e.g. cherry tomatoes.
 

Tip: You can still decorate the dish with fresh basil leaves, which optically makes a lot of view!

 
 

preparation

You can really cook the creamy avocado pasta. Here is something more detailed instructions:

 

Step 1

 

First bring a saucepan with water and salt to a boil. The Pasta Cook it according to the package instructions.

In the meantime we already present the avocados sauce:

 
 

Step 2

 

The Avocados Halve, remove the core and loosen the pulp with a spoon out of the shell. In a Multicler give.

In addition the Cream cheese give the juice from the lemon press and one clove of garlic Loosen from the bowl.

Everything about a creamy and viscous mass puree. Then season hard with salt and pepper.

 
 
 

Step 3

 

When the noodles are cooked, pour them off, let it drain a little briefly and then with the avocado sauce mix.

You can do this directly in the pot or in a large bowl. Alternatively, everyone can put the avocados sauce on the plate individually.

Serve the pasta and with the Tomato halves garnish.

You can then add the plate basil decorate nicely.

 
 

Tips on the recipe

Even if the noodles with avocado are totally simple, there are a few more tips for you:

Storage and durability

The avocado pasta recipe is basically direct consumption designed. Mixed with the sauce, the pasta dish is not so ideal for warming up again.

I would recommend sauce and pasta to be kept separately. So if you already know that you will have leftovers, just don’t mix the entire pasta and avocados sauce.

In a tightly closed container in the fridge, the sauce stays up to 2 days. It is best to add a little more lemon juice so that it doesn’t get brown so quickly.

Ingredients

Avocado sauce

  • 2 Big avocados ripe
  • 100 G Cream cheese
  • 1 Tin Lemon juice freshly pressed
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salt, pepper
  • 120 G Cherry tomatoes

in addition:

  • Pasta

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • In the meantime, carefully remove the pulp of the avocados out of the shell. Puree together with lemon juice, cream cheese and garlic to a creamy mass. Season vigorously with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the avocado sauce with the fully cooked pasta and decorate with halved cherry tomatoes.

Notes

The recipe results in approx. 3 portions. If you use the sauce economically (quasi more like a pesto and less than viscous sauce), then it is enough for 4 portions 🙂
