Extension from Dorsleber

Hearty, hearty and completely without Chichi-this Dorsschleber spread is one of the recipes that were not missing in any rustic dinner. With just a few ingredients that were mostly in stock anyway, a spicy spread is created, which tastes wonderful on fresh mixed bread or crispy wripping. The combination of delicate melting butter, strong fish liver and finely chopped egg results in a string -like mass with a lot of taste. A little onion, a splash of lemon and chives on top – a delicacy is done that may not everyone knows but love many. Ideal for a hearty breakfast or as a small memory of past times.

We need these ingredients …

  • 60 to 80 g Dorschleber (from the rifle)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 hard -boiled eggs
  • Lemon juice
  • chives

And so it is done …

We stir the butter foamy, mix the scraped liver, finely chopped onion, lemon juice and salt well. We chop the eggs finely with the weighing knife, stir into the spread, which we then sprinkle with chopped chives.
