Egg salad without Mayo – with sour cream and mustard!

For the egg salad:
- 5 Organic egg Size M or L
- 200 G Syndrome
- 50 G Greek yoghurt
- 2 TL Mustard or more if you like it more spicy
- 1 TL Maple syrup Or a pinch of sugar
- 1 Tin olive oil
- 1 Tin Spice cucumber water
- 5 Cucumber chopped
- 1 Handful Herbs of your choice, e.g. chives, wild garlic or parsley, finely chopped TK herbs are also possible
- To season: salt & pepper
For the egg salad:

Cooking the eggs hard in boiling water, it takes about 10 minutes, then put it off ice cold, peel and cut into small cubes

Mix the sour cream with yogurt, mustard, maple syrup, olive oil and gurdy cucumber water

Cut the cornichons into the small cube and with the small chopped egg and the fine chopped Stir the herbs under the cream, season with the spices

The egg salad without Mayo tastes bread on a slice of bread to the snack or as a side dish to asparagus or jacket potatoes

Yes – you can also put Greek yogurt entirely. Important: Please do not use too thin natural yogurt for the creaminess. -
