Fisch soljanka – a hearty soup with the typical, slightly sour aroma, the through Cucumber,, lemon and acidic cucumber arises. Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of oil or margarine
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 400 g fish fillet
- 2 medium -sized acid cucumbers
- 1 laurel leaf
- Salt
- pepper
- 3 tomatoes (also frozen tomato slices or peppers))
- 1 liter of meat broth (cube)
- 1/2 liters of lake from acid cucumbers
- 1/2 lemon
- Herbs (parsley, dill)
preparation
Briefly steam the finely cut onion in hot oil. Add the tomato paste and let it stir in a small flame for 5 minutes. Add the fish cubes, cucumber slices, spices and tomato dachts, fill up hot broth and cucumber lake and cook softly for 10 minutes. Arrange the Fischsoljanka with peeled, gutted lemon slices and chopped herbs.
