Fischsoljanka with capers

 

If you like it heartily, slightly sour and a bit exotic, you are with this Soljanka precisely. Out of Freshwater or sea fish,, Tomato,, Cucumber and Onion a strong soup is cooked through Capture,, Laurel And a handful Olive gets their special character. The whole thing will be with Tomato rounded and with Lemon slices and Fresh herbs garnished. This soup is a real everyday dish that is made quickly, fed up and just tastes different – not just a pleasure in the cold season.

For 4 people

We need these ingredients …

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine or oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 liter broth
  • 4 Salz cucumbers
  • 500 g fresh water or sea fish
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 eating spoon olives
  • Dill or parsley
  • 4 lemon slices

And so it is done …

  1. Fry the chopped onions in the heated margarine golden yellow, steam with tomato paste and little broth.
  2. Cook the peeled cucumber cut in thin slices for about 30 minutes in 1/4 liter broth.
  3. Cut the fish (without skin, bones and fish exits) into pieces and add to the onion mass.
  4. Add cucumber and tomato slices, capers, laurel leaf, pepper and salt. Fill up with broth and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve the Soljanka with olives, chopped dill and peeled lemon slices.
