After cooking well chilled, it unfolds its full aroma and is traditionally involved Biscuit cookie garnished. Whether as Dessert,, Snack Or sweet dinner – this fruit soup awakens memories of summer children’s days and the simple, creative cuisine from before.
We need these ingredients …
- 1500 g mixed fruits
- plenty of 1/2 liters of water
- Sugar to taste
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some lemon peel
- Biscuit cookie

And so it is done …
Put the pear and apple pieces, halved plums and wineberries in the boiling sugar water. Cook for two to three minutes together with the vanilla sugar and the lemon peel. Put the cooled fruit soup in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Apply garnished with small biscuits.
