Gypsy cake

 

This dish was perfect if it had to go quickly and should still taste a lot: Cancer, filled with scrambled eggs and hama spoonful of paprika salad- a hearty lunch or dinner was done. The name may have fallen from time today, but the recipe itself is still Simple, cheap and filling. Ideal for days when you don’t want to stand at the stove for long, but still want something warm on the plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag ready -made pancake flour
  • 2 tablespoons of fried fat
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • oil

preparation

  1. Prepare the egg cake dough according to instructions and bake 4 small pancakes. Arrange on a plate and keep warm.
  2. Quickly whisk the eggs with 4 tablespoons of water and the salt. Cut the ham into small cubes and add.
  3. Put little oil in the heated pan, add the egg ham mass, and when it starts to stick to stalls with the wooden spoon, loosen from the pan floor.
  4. Prepare flaky scrambled eggs.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs on the pancakes, hit it together and serve with paprika salad.
