Gypsy skewer

  • 250 g of tender mutomed meat
  • 250 g of pork fillet
  • 150 g of pigs
  • 150 g of smoked bacon
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Noble -sweet pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 80 g oil

preparation

Cut the meat and bacon into small slices.
Season with salt, pepper, noble -sweet pepper and garlic and alternately put on skewers.
