For the meatloaf:

  • 750 G Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Old -baked light rolls
  • 100 ML lukewarm milk
  • 1 Little onion finely rolled
  • 2 Cloves finely rolled
  • 2 Egg Size M
  • 2 TL mustard
  • 2 TL tomato paste
  • 2 TL chopped parsley Fresh or TK

To season:

  • 1.5 TL salt canceled
  • 2 Tl paprika powder canceled
  • ½ TL freshly ground pepper

For the filling:

  • 100 G Gouda elongated

For the form & finish:

  • 200 G Bacon approx. 16 slices
  • 2 El ahorn syrup

Soak the rolls:

  • Cut the bun into small pieces, pour the lukewarm milk over and let it steep for about 10 minutes – if the bun mass is still too damp.

Prepare the wood mass:

  • Mix the minced meat with the soaked roll, onion, garlic, eggs, mustard, tomato paste, parsley and the spices. Best by hand – so it gets really smooth.

  • Remove the meatloafs with kitchen gloves and pour the roast fluid into a bowl. Then carefully plunge the meat roast onto a board. Brush the upper bacon side with the maple syrup. Then add the roast again with the coated side back into the gar basket and let it caramelize at 200 ° C for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
