Hacksteak with cheese, baked

 

If something Hearty and at the same time special Hearty should be on the table, then this minced steak with cheese is the perfect choice. The special thing about this recipe is the overback layer Cheese: As soon as the cheese melts in the oven, an irresistible crust is created.

We need these ingredients …

  • 250 g beef meat meat
  • 150 g of pork meat
  • 1 soaked roll
  • 50 g onion cubes

  • 4 rolls
  • 4 leaves salad
  • 8 slices of lettuce cucumber
  • 60 g margarine

  1. Make a minced mass from the minced meat, the crumbled roll and the onion cubes sweated in little fat.
