My favorite lasagna soup is made easy and is on the table in 30 minutes. Perfect for stressful day.

Chop the onion and garlic. Roughly crush lasagne plates.
1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 10 lasagne plates

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the onions and garlic and fry briefly. Fold in the tomato paste.

Add chopped tomatoes, beef broth, lasagna plates, oregano and thyme and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes with the lid closed and medium heat.

- Onion and garlic
For the spicy basic grade – a must for the typical lasagnity taste. - Beef meat
The strong basis for my lasagna soup. Fry nicely so that there are a lot of roasting aromas. - Chopped tomatoes and tomato paste
The fruity tomato base for full lasagnity taste – ideally high quality! - Beef broth
- Lasagne plates
Breaking, throwing in, cooking – it doesn’t make it easier. - Herbs
Oregano, Thyme – like a little trip to Italy in the soup pot. - Crème fraîche In the end, ensures the creamy component and makes the soup really creamy and round in taste.


Tips for the best lasagna soup
It doesn’t need much for the perfect lasagna soup – but a few small tricks make the difference:
1. Fry the minced meat really sharply: This is the only way to result in the roasted aromas that really give the soup really boom. Let the meat get crispy!
2. Let the soup go: Leave for 5 minutes after cooking – the aromas connect even better and the pasta becomes nice and soft.
3. Extra enjoyment with topping: For me, crème fraîche and basil are simply part of it. But also grated cheese or parmesan are delicious toppings for your lasagna soup.
