- 150g. Ricotta (This is a low-fat substitute for mascarpone cheese),
- 15g. Wholemeal flour, preferably spelled or einkorn,
- 2 egg whites,
- 1/2 pack of baking powder.

- 250 g. low calorie whipped cream,

Preparation step by step
As soon as you start preparing the dessert, you should turn on the oven to 180 degrees. Choose a suitable form in which to bake your low-calorie tiramisu. Mix all the ingredients for the dessert dough together. Beat the egg whites and spread them into the bottom of the baking pan. Pour the batter mixture on top and leave the pan in the oven for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, you should dilute whipped cream with a little mineral water. Add the protein flavor and beat until a uniform consistency. After 10 minutes, take the pan out of the oven. Cut the base in two vertically. Pour the cream onto the bottom layer and spread it out using a spatula. Carefully place the top layer on top. Cover with the other half of the cream. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour so that the dessert sets.
