Make Advent wreath yourself

Autumn is wonderful for the remnant of the summer for one or the other Upcycling project to implement. Today I would like to show you a very special one. In cooperation with my luck I have from the iconic happiness glasses a Modern Advent wreath in Scandi style tinkered. The perfect thing about this upcycling project, you need only a few materials for a great result.

Do you already know my happiness? Perhaps from the raspberry dessert in the glass, which I made in the last late summer or the planted happiness glasses from 2019. The luck jams are now available in many delicious and different variants. As well as 5 delicious honey varieties and the luck. The little luck minis are particularly cute. The High fruit share of 70 % Makes the taste of jams very special and the design of the logo and iconic happiness glasses make it unmistakable. So they are super practical for Great upcycling and Diys.

If you think of Christmas, think quickly fir,, Christmas tree balls and red stump cocks. For you today I have a modern variant of Christmas. With Eucalyptus instead of fir and tender tea lights instead of striking stumping ores you design one Modern and chic Advent wreath in no time.

Almost 200 years ago, the advent calendar was used to look forward to Christmas and let the anticipation rise. The classic Wichernsche Advent wreath consisted of 4 large white candles and 20 red little candles. The large white candles were lit on the Advent Sundays and the small red candles for every day. With the Advent wreath, the children had the opportunity to understand the time until Christmas and thus also learn the numbers at the same time.

In the meantime, the Advent wreath has changed and is usually only Four candles designed.

For happiness glasses upcycling you need:

  • 4 Happiness glasses
  • Sponge and rubble milk to remove the barcode and the list of ingredients
  • Garn and ribbon
  • Gloss lacquer marker in white
  • eucalyptus
  • 4 tealight holder
  • 4 tealights

And you can make an advent wreath yourself:

1. First I removed the inscription and cleaned the glass. You can use a metal sponge for this or if you want to do it particularly quickly, a wire brush.

2. Then wrap the upper part of the happiness glasses with yarn and ribbon.

3. Cut the yarn on the desired length and knot it so that it is firmly around the upper part of the happiness glass.

You now label the cleaned and wrapped glass with the gloss lacquer marker. Wear the numbers one to four on the glasses. If you like, you can expand the glasses with a few decorative elements. Then let the color dry a little.

5. Now put the eucalyptus in the glass and place the tealight with the glass holder in your glass.

Set these steps with all four glasses and your Advent wreath is ready by happiness glasses!

My Advent wreath is already on the dining table and I will be about this beautiful on the upcoming Advent Sundays Upcycling project with the luck glasses delight. You can tell, not only the content of happiness glasses, whether honey or jam, tastes delicious, the glasses really make something. I wish you a wonderful Christmas season and a lot of fun if you implement this upcycling project!
