- 15 G Cranberies, dried or raisins or other dried fruit, chopped
- 1 Tin Chia seeds
- 1/2 Banana, crushed (for sweetening and taste) Or some apple sauce or some soy yogurt of your choice
- 1-2 TL Rice syrup Or another sweetness (optional)
- 1 TL Vanilla, ground
- 170 ML Soy milk
