Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 4 Tin sesame oil Or olive oil

  • 150 G Quinoa

  • 330 ML Water

  • 100 G Edamame thawed
  • 1 mango Or, for example, pineapple pieces, apple pieces, papaya or blueberries
  • 100 G Cucumber
  • 3 Handful lettuce e.g. plucked salad
  • Optional some Almond

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients specified for the dressing or put them in a small screw gals and shake well until everything is mixed. That’s how I like to do it. Season the dressing with salt and lemon juice

  • Put the quinoa in a sieve and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then simmer for about 17 minutes in the slightly salted water until the quinoa is swollen and cooked. Stir from time to time. Then swell the quinoa for 10-15 minutes without heat. Then it becomes nice and fluffy.

  • Trigger and dice the pulp of a mango. Dice cucumber. Wash the salad and shake dry.

  • First divide the dressing into 3 screw glasses (3x 700 ml). Then add the red cabbage. Next add the Edamame and Mangostenbring. Then follow: quinoa, cucumber and salad. If you like, you can also put a few (chopped) almonds or other nuts and kernels in the glass.

The layer salads keep fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
