Recipe and instructions for the snack plate
You need these ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 cup horseradish flavored cream cheese
- 150g graved salmon
- 1 organic lemon (edible peel)
- 1 tbsp red peppercorns
- 2 tbsp caper apples
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill

The horseradish cream cheese With a small spatula, preferably one that has a slightly bent angle in the handle, portion by portion onto a wooden board painted. Alternatively, you can also use a wide knife.
The Cut the salmon into thin strips Cut and spread on the cream cheese base.
Something dill pluck over it and zest a half lemon sprinkle over it. The caper apples cut small and just like them red peppercorns spread on the board.
Add a rich, crispy baguette and the party snack is ready!
