For saving:
- 1 Small savoy cabbage approx. 500 g
- 10 El olive oil
- 1 TL Ahorn syrup or agave syrup
- 1/2 Tin Salt
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- 50 G grated parmesan To sprinkle after half of the cooking time in the oven
For the DIP:
- A handful of parsley chopped
- 200 G Syndrome or yogurt if you like it easier
- 1 TL Mustard
- 1 TL Ahorn syrup or agave syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Wirsing:

Cleaning, washing and cutting the savoy cabbage, not cutting out the stalk, the savoy cabbage columns do not fall apart. Place the columns side by side on the baking sheet.
Bake:

Brush the upper cutting surface of the savoy cabbage columns with half of the spice oil. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 12 minutes.
