We need these ingredients …
- 400 g of smoked dorsch or incense healing rabbit
- 2 onions
- 100 g salad cucumber
- 1 BUND radishes
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of red wine
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley

And so it is done …
- Carefully free the smoked fish from the skin and bones and pick it up slightly.
