Healthy, tasty and fast meal-delicious protein scrambled eggs
I always have phases in which I eat more consciously and healthier – more proteins, less fast carbohydrates. And exactly in such a phase I came across this creamy scrambled egg. The insider tip is the cottage cheese, which I briefly put in the multi -shredderer. So he becomes creamy like cream cheese and gives the scrambled eggs a totally natural consistency.
The combination of whispered egg and creamy hut cheese is simply mega. A few fresh herbs over it, plus avocado and a few tomatoes – breakfast is done that is not only delicious, but also fills you really long. Be sure to try it out, it’s super simple and you can modify it so well – according to your taste.
Ingredients for your protein scrambless
✔️ Egg
Clearly, the basis for every scrambled eggs are the eggs. I only use organic eggs that I usually buy regionally.
✔️ cottage cheese
Hut cheese or grainy cream cheese has a particularly high protein content and is therefore ideal for mixing up. My tip: If you don’t like the granular consistency: just crush with a fork or puree in the mixer. So it gets nice and creamy and can be mixed up better.
✔️ butter
For the pan – I take butter as a mood, sometimes olive oil. Of course, butter gives more taste.
✔️ Salt & pepper
Not too much – especially if you use fresh herbs, a small pinch is often enough.
✔️ Fresh herbs
With herbs such as chives or parsley, it becomes really tasty, fresh and also visually more appetizing. Holded herbs (fresh or frozen) bring freshness to court. Basil also fits great.
✔️ Side dishes
Avocado, tomatoes and robust bread make protein -containing scrambled eggs perfect. A vital bread with few seeds is particularly tasty. Or you bake a delicious protein bread.
It’s so easy to make the scrambled eggs with cottage cheese
1️⃣ Prepare cottage cheese
If you like, you can puree the cottage cheese in a multi -taster smaller or crush it with a fork until there are no coarse granules.
2️⃣ Whisk eggs and season
Take the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly with a fork or a whisk. Then add the pureed cottage cheese and stir it under. Season with salt and pepper – depending on your taste, you can already stir in a few fresh herbs.
3️⃣ Heat the pan
Heat a coated pan over medium heat and add some butter or olive oil. The pan shouldn’t be too hot – the scrambled egg should slowly cook so that it stays nice and creamy.
4️⃣ Fry scrambled eggs
Put the egg hut cheese mixture into the pan. Wait a few seconds until the egg stalls slightly, and then carefully push the mass from the edge to the middle with a wooden spoon or sword user. Repeat this again and again until the scrambled eggs are soft – it can still look a bit damp, then it is perfect.
5️⃣ Arrange
Distribute the finished scrambled eggs on a plate. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve it with avocado, tomatoes and your favorite bread as desired.

Simply cut the tomatoes and avocado into cubes, mix with a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper – fits perfectly with scrambled eggs.

Through avocado and egg, you primarily use healthy unsaturated fatty acids.

Whip the 3 eggs in a bowl, stir well with a fork or a whisk. Fold in the creamy cottage cheese and season with salt & pepper.

Melt the butter or oil in a small coated pan over medium heat.

Add the egg hut cheese mixture and let it stick slowly. Looving loosely from the edge to the middle with a wooden spoon or swift turner until the scrambled eggs are creamy but not dry.

Put the scrambled eggs on a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve with tomatoes, avocado and vital bread.

- For even more aroma you can mix tomatoes and avocado into a small salad: with olive oil, lemon juice, taste some salt & pepper – fits perfectly with the creamy scrambled egg!
