With just a few ingredients, it is made from simple Cream cheese a wonderful one in no time spicy spreadwho inspires fresh bread, rolls or as a dip with vegetable sticks. The mixture of mild cream cheese, finely diced Onion and aromatic Capture Ensures a fine, spicy note. A blob butter Makes the spread extra creamy while fresher chives ensures a touch of freshness.
Thanks to the addition of something Condensed milk the mass becomes particularly coated. Seasoned with salt and pepper, this creates a versatile companion for breakfast, dinner or as a hearty snack in between. The cream cheese spread is easy to prepare, stays in the fridge for a few days and is perfect as a bread covering or for a cold buffet.

- 2 cream cheese (250 g)
- 2 eating spoons finely craused onion
- 1 teaspoon of chopped capers
- 40 g butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 1 eating spoon of finely chopped chives
