A vegan/vegetarian recipe in 30 minutes
Currys are very common here in all possible variants. They go quickly, can be easily prepared for two days and you can quickly get variety with the side dishes. The recipe that I am now presenting to you is inspired by Jamie Oliver. I have simplified it, so it is really quickly and easily prepared. During the cooking, you even have time to clean up the kitchen and at least have no work after eating. Again you only need a few ingredients that can be obtained everywhere.
Ingredients
for 4 people
1 pinch of saffron threads
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 TL cumin
50g planed blanched almonds
3 doses whole tomatoes in tomato juice (á 400g)
1 can of creamy coconut milk (400g)
2 TL mango chutney
Salt, pepper
optional chilipulver
400g rice
