Tomatoes filled with fish salad

Tomatoes filled with fish salad Bring fresh colors and a touch of sophistication to the table. The combination of aromatic, mature tomatoes and a creamy, spicy filling of tuna or tender sea fish, rounded with homemade mayonnaise and fresh parsley, ensures a wonderful taste – perfect for a slight lunch or as an eye -catcher on every cold buffet. The acid of vinegar and the fine herbs make the tomatoes pleasantly spicy and at the same time mild. Already at the first bite you can feel how the filling gently merges with the tomato fruit meat. And so it is done …

  1. We clean the tomatoes, carefully cave them and let them get in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, we steam sea fish in our own juice, which we have previously drizzled and salted with vinegar.
  3. When the fish is soft, we disassemble it into small pieces (but do not make a porridge out of it!)
  4. We stir the raw egg yolk with oil to mayonnaise, which we season with pepper, salt, a little sweet, acidify with lemon and season with mustard and Worcester sauce.
  5. We mix the fish with the mayonnaise, season with green parsley, filling the tomatoes.
