CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in our competition on the occasion of our “Mint Tea” bouquet Facebook is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, participants expressly acknowledge these conditions of participation. The organizer is Fleurop AG.

running time The competition starts on Saturday, November 9th, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Tuesday, November 12th, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.

Eligibility to participate All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Facebook, Fleurop AG and all affiliated companies are excluded.

participation
To take part in the competition, participants must leave a comment on Facebook under the competition entry in which they answer the following question: What is your favorite tea? The posting of the comment must take place within the above campaign period. In addition, participation in the competition requires acceptance of these conditions of participation and, in the event of a win, includes consent to the name being given in abbreviated form (first name + first letter of last name + city, e.g. Saskia H. from Berlin).

Exclusion from participation
Fleurop AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons if they suspect manipulation, unauthorized multiple participation or a violation of the listed conditions of participation.

profit
There is a total of three “Mint Tea” bouquet to be won. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The profit cannot be transferred to third parties and may not be resold. Should the operator not be able to provide the prize for unjustifiable reasons, he reserves the right to deliver an equivalent replacement.

Determination of profits
The winner will be determined by the Bloomy Social Media Team by means of a draw from all entries that meet the above entry instructions. Entries that do not comply with the rules and conditions or are submitted after the end date cannot be considered.

Notification and acceptance of winnings
The winners will be contacted via Facebook by Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest. In order to provide the prize, the address will be requested from the winner and passed on internally so that the prize can be delivered. If the prizes are not accepted by Friday, November 15 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest, or if no contact details are provided, the prizes will be forfeited without replacement. If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact details or the failure of the winner to respond, the prize entitlement also expires without replacement.

Disclaimer of liability
The organizer is in no way liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in the campaign or the inability to reach the internet server, unless these are due to grossly negligent or willful action for which the organizer is responsible.

Subject to change
The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

DATA PROTECTION
The correct handling of personal data is a high priority for Fleurop AG. We therefore attach great importance to data protection. The collection, processing (including the storage, modification, transmission, blocking and deletion) and use of data takes place exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Insofar as personal data is collected from participants as part of the campaign, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the campaign. Exclusion of legal action The judges’ decision is final.

miscellaneous Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. In its place, an appropriate regulation will be used, which corresponds most closely to the purpose of the ineffective provisions.

Facebook

Exemption clause The contributions (comments, pictures and links) of the participants to the competition must not contain any insults, false facts, spam or competition, trademark or copyright violations. Such posts are deleted without comment and reported to Facebook & Instagram. However, should third parties assert claims due to infringement of their rights, the participant indemnifies Fleurop AG from all claims. By participating in the competition, each participant undertakes to personally answer for any legal violations.

exclusion The campaign has no connection to Facebook & Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The contact person for the competition and the recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram, but the organizer as the operator of the official company fan page on Facebook. The information provided will only be used for the evaluation of the competition and internal statistics.
