Ingredients: 1 handful of stinging nettles and groundweed, ½ handful of dandelion leaves, 2 tbsp oil, 1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped up, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp flour, 1 l water, 1 vegetable stock cube, salt and pepper, ½ cup cream or sour cream.

Wash and chop herbs;
Sauté garlic and onion in oil until translucent;
Add flour and stir;
