In the Silvretta Therme Ischgl, visitors can experience water in all its forms – ice, water and steam. On four floors in two buildings, around 1,000 m2 of water areas, a sauna and lounge area of over 1,500 m2, a fitness studio with 320 m2 and a wide range of experience gastronomy attract visitors.
The highlights also include the year-round heated panoramic outdoor pool on the roof (incl. pool bar), where you can enjoy relaxing in and by the water under the open sky with a summer cocktail in hand. Perfect relaxation also awaits you in the spa area with a generous range of massages and a cryogenic cold chamber with temperatures down to minus 85 degrees. The interior design of the impressive leisure and wellness oasis: modern, minimalist and very elegant. Moonlight bathing and sauna
A lot is different in the Silvretta Therme Ischgl than in other wellness temples. This is particularly evident in the beautiful 1,500 m2 sauna area, which is never overcrowded thanks to numerous differently themed saunas and relaxation areas and guarantees every guest their lounger and complete deep relaxation.
Nothing is left to chance in the very stylish and originally designed sweat rooms. Whether in the mountain herb, panorama, event, organic stone pine and customs house sauna or the alpine rose steam bath: the sauna masters at the Silvretta Therme Ischlg, who have completed a training program with the best Aufguss masters in Europe, only use the highest quality materials in their work and none at all chemically produced infusion substances or artificial flavorings. Most of the sauna products at the Silvretta Therme are self-produced from dried organic herbs using gentle vacuum rotation evaporation. Guests can even watch it live.
Alternatively, high-quality, pure essential oils are used for the infusions every hour from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and minerals from the mountains of the Silvretta mountain range are used for the sauna ceremonies. Also great: If you like, you can get an individual peeling at the sauna counter at any time or cool off perfectly in the snow grotto. Finally, the picturesque sauna garden invites you to enjoy a seamless tan. Or how about the moonlight bathing or moonlight sauna event that takes place every full moon night?
