the Inca lily is a flower classic and both very popular and often used. The fascinating, almost breathtaking thing about this exotic flower is its pattern. It seems like every flower is unique, like Mother Nature has exhausted all possibilities. You can literally lose yourself in the depths of these artistic flower patterns and indulge your dreams. The Inca lily, also called Alstroemeria, stands for lightness and warmth and is a symbol of devotion in its country of origin, which leaves its effect in no doubt. It is primarily native to the subtropical, tropical and temperate climates and is originally from South America. It owes its name to the Swedish botanist Clas Alstroemer, who first discovered it on his travels in the 18th century and brought it back to Europe. You can find more information about Inca lilies here.
Waxflower, the fragrant all-round talent from Australia is a perfect complement to the feminine Inca lilies. There are around 30 species of its genus and it originally grew on a 600 km long coastal strip in western Australia. The waxflower blooms in shades of white, pink and purple and thus perfectly complements feminine combinations. More information can be found here.
Both Inca lilies and Waxflower are uncomplicated cut flowers. Please just cut them fresh and distribute them in a vase with fresh water.
Our vase recommendation for “Sweet Winter”
We recommend a relatively high, slightly wider vase so that the bouquet has a nice shape.
We hope you enjoy your flowers!
