Blueberry desserts in a glass – quick and easy to make, fruity and creamy in taste
The blueberry dessert in the glass can be prepared within 15 minutes. It always succeeds and nothing can go wrong here. For 4 servings you broke the following ingredients: 100 g yoghurt, 500 g mascarpone, 100 ml maple syrup, 4 cl lemon juice, 400 g fresh blueberries, 100 g grated almonds.
Easy to prepare within 15 minutes:
- First, mix the yogurt, mascarpone, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a deep bowl. Take the hand mixer and briefly beat these ingredients until they form a creamy mass.
- Sort out the fresh blueberries, then wash and pat dry with kitchen paper. You can puree some of them and sweeten them if you like.
- Last step before enjoying: Pour the mascarpone yoghurt cream into glasses and place a layer of pureed and whole blueberries on top. On top come grated almonds, which are the icing on the cake of the layered dessert.

Classic cake recipe with blueberries
Can you still remember the smell of your grandma’s blueberry pie? If you want, you can try this classic recipe for a super soft, delicious blueberry cake. For that you need the following ingredients:
- 200 grams of sugar
- 250 g flour
- 180 grams of butter
- 1 packet of Bach powder
- 4 eggs (at room temperature!)
- 250 grams of blueberries
- 125 g natural yoghurt
- 100 grams of sour cream
- The grated zest of a lemon
- 4cl white rum, to taste
Extra tip: Also have some flour ready to dredge the blueberries in before adding them to the cake batter.
A recipe from grandma’s time!
It took you about 15 minutes to prepare the blueberry cake, but you still have to add about 60 minutes of baking time.
- Eggs and butter should be at room temperature
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor except for the blueberries. Mix the other ingredients on speed 1 and then on a higher speed for about 2 minutes.
- Then add the blueberries before turning them in some flour.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and place in the preheated oven at 170ºC to bake. After 60 minutes baking time, take the cake out and let it cool down a bit. Then it’s ready to serve!
