Amalfi Coast -

TULIPS & HYACINTHS

Spring is officially here! To celebrate the arrival of warmer temperatures, we have put together a bouquet for the table vase that is reminiscent of a nice walk along the Amalfi Coast. “Amalfi Coast” combines the different shades of blue and white of the clear water on the Gulf of Salerno and puts us in a wonderful holiday mood for a brief moment.

You will receive this combination from us by 03/27/2017. Order your flower subscription here or change your subscription By Thursday, March 23rd, 2017, choose the delivery date March 27th, 2017 at the latest and look forward to your BLOOMS of the week!

The fresh scent of Hyacinths lets us know that spring is finally here. These magnificent flowers inspire with cool blue tones and give the bouquet a touch of freshness. Hyacinths originally come from Mediterranean countries, hence our inspiration to call this wonderful combination “Amalfi Coast”. Further information and care tips for hyacinths can be found here.

Tulips are probably the most famous and popular spring flowers. “Amalfi Coast” combines tulips with hyacinths and is therefore the ultimate representation of spring. Did you know that around 5,000 varieties of tulips are known to date? Especially in Holland, the tulip has become a symbol of the country and you can find this beautiful flower in almost every corner. The tulip is also of great importance in Turkey – it is the country’s national flower and stands for life and fertility. If you want to find out more about the tulip, stop by here.

Our vase recommendation for “Amalfi Coast”

For this short-stemmed bouquet, we recommend a short vase with a wide opening so that there is enough space for all the flowers. Do not forget to change the water regularly so that you can enjoy the flowers for a long time.

We hope you had a good start into spring and wish you a lot of fun with the Amalfi Coast!
