CHRYSANTHEMUMS & SLEEVES
The magical colors of autumn were our inspiration for “Lovely Day” this week. When the leaves change color, the days are getting shorter and we are preparing for the transition into the colder seasons, fresh flowers are the perfect cheer. This long-handled combination enchants us with beautiful warm colors such as yellow and orange and invites us to daydream with a cup of tea.

The main actors this week are graceful Chrysanthemums in a bright yellow. As a popular autumn flower, we are enthusiastic about the large flowers of the chrysanthemums and bring some color into your own four walls. Centuries ago this flower was already a symbol of autumn in ancient China, because it only began to bloom when all the other flowers had already said goodbye. Introduced in Europe in the middle of the 19th century, they were initially considered exotic treasures. Fortunately, these days we can enjoy your beauty all year round. You can read more interesting information about chrysanthemums here.
The perfect companion for the chrysanthemums are spherical and playful Safflower. It is considered a colorful and cheerful variant of the noble thistle and, like the chrysanthemums, belongs to the daisy family. As a decorative cut flower, which is available in different colors, it adorns every bouquet and gives it a great dash of color. You can get more information about this great plant here.
Our vase recommendation for “Lovely Day”
For this long-stemmed combination, we recommend a higher table vase with a slightly narrow opening, which can provide sufficient support for the flowers.
And now we wish you a great week and lots of fun with “Lovely Day”!
