We need these ingredients …
- 500 g half yellow peas
- 20 g salt
- 30 g onions
- 1 toe garlic
- 60 g flour
- 40 g fat
- 1 g ground pepper

And so it is done …
Wash the read yellow peas well and soak in cold water overnight. Put on in cold water (cooked smoked pork chops or ribs improve the taste) and cook softly. Add the light flour sweating finely chopped onions and crushed garlic, pour in cold water, stir into the cooking peas, bring to the boil, drive through a sieve and season with pepper.
