While the large, classic yoghurt bomb has to drain for the right consistency and long colds, this glass dessert is easier. So that your yoghurt bomb in the glass becomes really nice and airy, it depends above all on two things: the right yogurt and Well beaten cream. That means:
- Yogurt with a higher fat content (e.g. Greek yogurt with 10 % fat) makes the dessert extra creamy, but also a little more rich. Alternatively, you can also use classic yogurt (with approx. 3.5 % fat) or low -fat yogurt (with approx. 1.5 % fat) – then it will be a little lighter, but less full -bodied.
- Do not beat the cream too stiff: When using rather fat -rich yogurt, you should better beat the cream for the perfect consistency of the cream “just before stiff” and stop it up a little earlier. In this way, the whipped cream can be folded better and mixed with the yogurt.
My tip
For even more airiness you can also Egg whites or quark Fuck – especially with larger quantities or low -fat yogurt A great addition.

- Biscuit crumbs: Crushed butter biscuits, oatcers or cookies ensure the extra portion of the crispy.
- Nuts & croced: Chopped almonds, pistachios or caramelized nuts provide more bite.
- Bait: Great for the classic yoghurt bomb – gives a sweet, airy crunch.
- Coconut flakes or chocolate asspel: As a delicious decoration that also looks pretty
