Zucchini-Cannelloni from the hot air fryer in 25 minutes!

I love recipes that go quickly, are healthy and still really do something like this Zucchini-Cannelloni from the hot air fryer! If it gets hectic for me again (which is honestly the case quite often), then I conjure up these fast cannelloni with ricotta and spinach. You only need a handful of ingredients, thanks to Airfryer hardly time and still get a really tasty dish on the plate.

  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Let the spinach thaw. Put the tomato sauce in a small baking dish.

    1 small zucchini, 100 g chopped spinach, 200 g tomato sauce

  • Mix the ricotta and spinach and season with salt and pepper. Brush the zucchini slices with it.

  • Roll up zucchini slices and place on the tomato sauce. Place the baking dish on the rust in the hot air fryer and at 180 degrees Airfry 10 minutes ferment.
