My sugar -free banana bread is one of the most popular recipes on the blog.
Again and again I am asked how to replace the egg.
That is why you will find a simple and healthy recipe for a vegan banana bread. Incredibly delicious and wonderfully juicy!
Ingredients
For the banana bread without egg you only need a few, simple ingredients:

Here are a few tips on selected ingredients:
- Bananas: You should be really ripe and you can already have brown spots on the bowl. The more mature, the sweeter and juicy the Banana Bread.
- Spelled flour: I just like spelled flour and that’s why I decided to do it. You can also simply replace it with wheat flour (Type 405).
- Oatmeal: In any case, use delicate flakes or at least fine oatmeal, the recipe is designed.
- Almonds: Here I found blanched ground almonds best in terms of consistency. You can also use the non -blanched variant, then the banana bread becomes a little coarse -grained.
- Rapese oil: You can also use another tasteless oil, e.g. sunflower oil. I would recommend rapeseed oil to nutritional physiologically 🙂
The juicy banana bread without egg is only sweetened by the bananas. Of course, it naturally contains sugar, but no added. Optional Can you still sweetenern, this is actually not necessary!
