Cook the cheese soup – from easy to strengthening

In the following we show you a very simple basic recipe for delicious cheese soup. This can then be enriched with fried minced meat or bacon.

This simple soup with yellow cheese is prepared within 25 minutes. First you have to melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pot. Then 1 tablespoon of flour is added. You have to stir in the flour well and let it sweat. Then add 400 g vegetable broth, 200 g of cream and 150 g of rubble and let it simmer. Depending on the taste, you can put even more grated cheese in the soup. Then season the cheese soup with salt, pepper and two freshly chopped cloves of garlic. The cheese soup is often prepared with broccoli. So the soup becomes really tasty and combines the taste of melted cheese and broccoli. Such a soup is rich in vitamins and therefore very healthy, contains fiber and proteins, but few carbohydrates and relatively little fat. That’s why they like to eat children and adults!

Another way to strengthen the cheese soup can be enriched with minced meat or bacon. Fry the minced meat or bacon (in slices) before puting these ingredients in the soup. The soup also looks better when serving.
