Ingredients
- 400 g of pork
- 1 onion
- 8 potatoes
- 300 g Letscho
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Herbs
- Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of pork lard
preparation
Cut the pork, put in a clay pot, to give chopped onion, potato pieces, letscho, garlic, chopped herbs and salt and braise in the tube.
