Quesadillas are tortillas wraps, which are filled with cheese, among other things, and fried in the pan. I love quesadillas and have now made a vegetarian variant with Dürüm flatbread, carrot and zucchini. And so that the preparation becomes even easier, my recipe is implemented in the oven with upper heat. Do you want to cook the quick recipe? Then read what you need for it.

preparation

1. Rap on the carrot and the zucchini as fine as possible.
2. Cut the leek finely.
3. Fry everything with olive oil in a large pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top/bottom heat and have already placed two Dürüm flatbreads on a baking sheet with baking paper or reusable silicone mat.
5. When the vegetables are fried, add the tomatoes, the tomato paste and the spices.
6. Grate the cheddar and mix with the sauce.
7. Now spread two flatbreads quickly. Put on the other two as a lid and press a little.
8. Put in the oven for 5 -6 minutes (a sheet on the top, a sheet on the bottom of the rail), then exchange and bake for another 5-6 minutes.
9. Mix the dip at this time.
10. Get out the finished quesadillas and cut into pieces.

The quesadillas are ready in about 35 minutes. A fresh salad or the dip alone fits. The Cheddar makes you incredibly tasty and spicy. Be sure to try this variant.
