Certainly you already know the fine taste of wild garlic pesto, right? But do you know that you can do this spicy salad dressing yourself? The wild garlic is also known under the name of wild garlic. It has a typical garlic aroma and accordingly a fine garlic taste. The wild garlic grows in the forests, where you can collect your green aromatic leaves in late spring. But be careful, because the wild garlic has a poisonous doppelganger! If you collect the leaves of the young wild garlic, the taste is mild and aromatic. However, older leaves shortly before the wild garlic flower have a strict and bitter taste. Bear garlic is a healthy plant, its effect is very positive on our health. It is said to have a blood -cleaning and digestive effect and increase our vitality. Bear garlic pesto is easy to prepare at home. You need 200 g of fresh leaves 25 g Parmesan, 25 g pine nuts (or sunflower seeds), 1 teaspoon of salt and approx. 200 g olive oil. First crush the pine nuts in the mortar, then give all the ingredients in the hand blender. After mixing you get a homogeneous mass that smells of garlic. If the spicy wild garlic pesto is too thick, you can add some olive oil. The aromatic salad dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in the glass. The spicy pesto goes very well with salads and pasta and as a spread on white bread. You can mix it with sour cream and some yogurt and get a tasty grill sauce.
