For the strawberry layers:

  • 500 G Fresh strawberries
  • 1 Organic lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Tin Icing sugar Depending on the sweetness of the strawberries

For the cream:

  • 250 G cream
  • 1 Package vanilla sugar
  • 250 G quark 20 %
  • 250 G Syndrome
  • 1 Bio-lemon, of which the abrasion
  • 3 Tin Icing sugar canceled

Prepare strawberries:

  • Wash, clean strawberries.

  • Set aside 50 g for the decoration.

  • Dice 200 g of small.

  • Puree the remaining 250 g with lemon juice & powdered sugar.

Mix the cream:

  • Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.

  • Mix the curd, sour cream, lemon abrasion & powdered sugar.

  • Carefully fold in the cream.

Layers:

  • Place spoon biscuits in the mold.

  • Drizzle with strawberry sauce.

  • Spread the strawberry cube on top.

  • Cover with the cream & smooth out.

Simply double the quantities – so the Tiramisu becomes nice and enough for 8-10 servings.
