Early summer garden and a big hello again

Hello again….. 3 months is a good time to get back into it, preferably with the garden… Early summer garden with roses and simply the most beautiful time of the year

Oh, how I love this time, the roses are blooming… much earlier this year and the garden exploded for a moment. Unfortunately also the weeds… they had to be left lying around for a while, like so many things, but one after the other…

You probably want to know why I haven’t let anyone hear from me here for so long? On Instagram poor everything continued as normal, but writing a blog post takes a lot of work and time. Time that I suddenly… no longer had from March.

Unfortunately, my day only has 24 hours and if someone has a hack or an address where you can apply for more hours… just bring it on ;))

In November I was asked whether I would like to publish a Pomponetti book. , That’s what kept me busy for months… it feels absolutely unreal to me….

For the love of living will be released on October 13th and is already Can be pre-ordered, for example directly from Busse Seewald ( Advertising ) :

Here you can find my idea……

It was a very work-intensive, but also great time… I’m now finished and I’m really excited to see what the book will look like when it’s finished!

Not only did I neglect the blog, I also basically gave up my Etsy shop… I don’t have the time to do it anymore. From now on there will be more to browse here on the blog… I have enough to tell :))

With the early summer temperatures, the garden is now in full bloom. The roses in particular are a real beauty!

I particularly liked the Euphrosyne rose at the entrance. Unfortunately, David Austin took the rose out of the range; it wasn’t available in Germany anyway…

Summer plants in pots or bloom in abundance

I started summer planting early this year because the weather cooperated and there were no longer freezing temperatures at the beginning of May. You can see my summer planting from last year here look at.

This year I also have a lot of pots and the watering rounds will be a little more intensive ???? But it also looks so beautiful when everything is blooming… Above all, I planted dahlias in pots for the first time this year and I’m excited about the results.

Summer terrace and gazebo

The terrace is also completely set for summer again. We really love our large table that we bought from Kees last year. This spring we also ordered our chairs there, which look like real rattan but are made of plastic. Three of the six old ones broke in the fall and so we had to find replacements… I really love this table group!

My rose stem Desdemona is also blooming beautifully… The mini pond in the zinc tub really has a great place where it can be beautifully displayed.

I renewed the mini pond in the whiskey barrel on the gazebo. A little water-spewing frog prince has also found his place there…
