Prepare a delicious tiramisu quickly and enjoy it for a long time

Ingredients:

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 14 ladyfingers
  • 75 ml apple juice
  • 750 g applesauce
  • 5 grams of cinnamon

Preparation:

The preparation is very easy and can be done in just a few minutes. But you should be patient until the dessert is suitable for eating. Here’s how it works:

  • Mix the mascarpone together with the quark, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  • Spread the ladyfingers on the bottom of a mold and sprinkle with apple juice. Then put half of the apple sauce on top and then the mascarpone cream. Alternatively, you could prepare the dessert in individual dessert glasses.

Arrange the ladyfingers on the bottom of the dish

  • Repeat the same again until you finish with mascarpone cream.
