  • Beat the soft butter until frothy in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic and stir in the herbs. You can use a hand mixer for this. Season everything with salt.

Which herbs and ingredients do I need for my herb butter recipe

This is one of my most important Standard recipesbecause homemade herb butter just tastes delicious and so much better than bought. Everything you need for a classic spice butter are 3 ingredients:

  • Butter: I still season the butter for this recipe with salt. Alternatively, you can also buy a salted butter.
  • Herbs: This herb butter is a real flash recipe because I simply use TK herbs. In my favorite 8-herbal mixture Are parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, sour steamers, borage and pimpinelle. I really always have them in the house and can spontaneously prepare a delicious grill butter. Of course, you can also replace TK herbs with chopped fresh herbs and combine freely.
  • Garlic: The garlic ensures a wonderful spice.

Now put the herb butter on a piece of transparent film, squeeze into a roll and then let it get stuck in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can also fill the finished butter into a small bowl.

You can refine homemade herb butter as you like, for example with a splash of lemon juice, pepper or spring onions.

How long can herb butter be durable? Storage tips

My herb butter can be fine Store in the fridge for 5-7 daysso you have some of it all week. So that she does not accept any foreign smells and remains fresh, I always stick to these tips:
